The FCC will recommend that all states establish a secure, online mechanism for voters to register. It will also recommend that the Defense Department create an online voting system for members of the military stationed overseas... I guess no one in the FCC has been reading about recent break-ins at Google, Yahoo, Adobe, Juniper Networks, etc. No one seems to have told them about the Zeus virus.
