School District responds re Webcam spying suit

Letter from Dr. McGinley to parents/guardians regarding laptop security

The specific issue of where the image in question came from also may
be in dispute.  Some press reports say the school district claims it
was taken intentionally by a student and then retrieved by the
district -- which itself opens up a different but related avenue of
concerns.
