[ NNSquad ] More on T-Mobile Outage and Network Diversity 

One other point for now.  AP is reporting that they were unable to
reach the cell phones of various T-Mobile media spokespersons, because
calls to those cell phones couldn't complete ... due to the T-Mobile
outage itself.

A lesson re network diversity, it seems.
