[ NNSquad ] bit.ly URL resolution blocked from China? 

I now have several independent reports of Internet users in China
unable to resolve bit.ly shortened links, reportedly due to server
blocking.

I'd appreciate additional info from users in China (or persons in
communication with users in China) who can either report similar
blocking, or who can confirm their ability to access and resolve
bit.ly links, e.g. the NNSquad home page via:

   http://bit.ly/nnsquad

It would be especially useful if reports included information on users'
locations within China.  Thanks.
