This project was only possible of course since Yahoo was apparently
not encrypting this data -- which I believe they were explicitly
warned about long ago. And though this report only discusses the
GCHQ-related ops, we can safely assume that other intelligence
services in the EU, Russia, China, et al. were operating similar
programs to the maximal extent of their technological capabilities.
