EU judges to hear Google 'right to be forgotten' case http://j.mp/15gUsTr (Telegraph) "Spanish officials have taken Google to the European Court of Justice in a bid to force the search giant to delete information that breaches a person's privacy." - - - I can't emphasize enough how incredibly misguided and dangerous the "right to be forgotten" concept is. Even the description in this article is wrong -- it's not about privacy, it's about attempting to force search engines (and others) to delete the truth -- simply because some parties don't like the facts. It is precisely the mindset of "Nineteen Eighty-Four"'s rulers brought to the 21st century.
