Hi Lauren -- The next step in support of the World Summit for the
Information Society at the UN and ITU is preparations for the World
Telecommunications/ICTs Policy Forum in May.  The fourth draft of the
Secretary-General's Report to the WTPF is due to be published today.
When finalized, this report will set the frame for the discussions at
the WTPF.
