It turns out that those were primarily the contributions where Russia and its allies inserted links at WTSA. Isn't that a coincidence. :-) At two days into WCIT, it appears from all that is unfolding that the processes and events (complete with the spin to the press) have all been well orchestrated to provide a highly favorable outcome for U.S.adversaries - much as the WTSA did. Quite a remarkable, albeit outrageous, steamroller.
