    whatever they want. We are charged with making smart decisions for our
    company, for our shareholders and to present the product the way we
    believe is best."

Note his use of the same false arguments.  He touts the high 
ratings -- but most viewers had no alternative but to watch the delayed
and edited version.  A hungry man eats what's put in front of him.  He
repeats that the live Opening Ceremonies were "too complicated" for
American audiences to figure out without NBC commentary -- even though
the rest of the world figured them out just fine.  And he explicitly
explains that NBCUni shareholders are the focus -- not the viewers.
