"Libertarian" groups argue against Net Neutrality

http://j.mp/NQ7q3N (Tech Freedom)

"TechFreedom joined the Competitive Enterprise Institute, the Free
State Foundation and the Cato Institute as amici curiae (friends of
the court) in a brief (PDF) filed with the Court of Appeals for the
D.C. Circuit arguing that the FCC's 2011 "Preserving the Open
Internet" Order is unconstitutional and, as such, should be vacated by
    the Court."

Last time I looked, all of the dominant ISPs in the USA only exist
today as a result of their original monopoly grants and special
government-granted privileges. They still largely use the same
buildings, poles, underground cable vaults, runs, and so on, that they
used in monopoly days. This factor alone renders the "Libertarian"
argument against sensible regulation of dominant ISPs nothing less
than greedily insane.
