At last minute, UK Info Commissioner changes interpretation of new cookie rules http://j.mp/LrizDh (Information Commissioner UK) "Implied consent is [now] a valid form of consent and can be used in the context of compliance with the revised rules on cookies." - - - At the last minute, the UK info commissioner says that "implied" consent on Web site cookie usage is sufficient, but this is still an incredible, awful, insane mess.
