First, the telecom Minister make statements about this, now the courts.

At least the courts are citing illegal postings (obscene postings, which are illegal in India [pornography is illegal, e.g.,]), but the Minister harped about a FB (?) page that was critical of the Congress Party President (his Uber-boss, more powerful as per most people than the Prime Minister).
