Verizon will block Google Wallet

   "Verizon will not ship the Google Wallet app on the Galaxy Nexus, and
    will block users from downloading it via the Android Market."

I find this mystifying. I have difficulty understanding the legal
basis under which Verizon could actually block people from downloading
Google Wallet from the Android Market. Restraint of trade, anyone?
