One focusing more on financial aspects the other on technological aspects. Kinda like feeling the elephant, depends on which part you're touching on. [ It has also been pointed out by an alert reader that the IT World story appears to be factually in error in at least one key respect. In fact, the result of the deal would be to speed up the LightSquared terrestrial network's implementation -- assuming the GPS issues could be solved, which of course is rather problematic. Irony: the FOX story turned out to be the more accurate of the two! -- Lauren Weinstein NNSquad Moderator] -- rodd@polylogics.com "Walking on water and developing software from a Rod Dorman specification are easy if both are frozen" - Edward V.
