UPDATE (8/18/11): Shortly after this report was released, it was
revealed to be a fake.  For a while the authors continued to host it
with a note admitting it was not a real study, but recently their entire
domain apparently vanished and was seemingly snapped up by a shopping
site that now appears in its place.  The link below now points to a local
copy of the "report" that I preserved:
