Logitech drops price of "Revue" Google TV box to $99 http://j.mp/nBcUa6 (Shareholder.com) Due to slow sales and apparently high returns, Logitech is reducing the price of its Revue Google TV box from $249 to $99 (it was originally $299). The Revue (and Google TV in general) are both extremely useful as is, but once Android launches on these platforms shortly (with access to Android Market) I believe we'll see a dramatic expansion of enthusiasm among observers at large. That said, I've felt all along that the key to wide adoption of such devices is a sufficiently low price point, and the $99 price for the Revue should be a "steal" that is widely applauded. --Lauren-- NNSquad Moderator
