Anti Child-Porn Act Runs Into Trouble Over Privacy

     "This does not strike at the problem in an effective manner, and it
      runs roughshod over the privacy rights of people who use the Internet
      for thousands of lawful purposes," said none other than Jim
      Sensenbrenner, a Wisconsin Republican who 10 years ago introduced the
      Patriot Act in the House. He said the new bill "ought to be defeated
      and put in the dustbin of history."
