Just plain wrong from *so many* angles that I won't even list them
here.  Consider it an exercise for the reader.

Does this mean that if anyone in Tennessee posts my old yearbook
photos from High School to bug me, they could go to jail?  Because,
man, those photos sure *distressed* me ... as do the politicians
behind this sort of abominable legislation.

Ah well, plenty of billable hours coming up for the legal teams on
this one.
