Proposal to make cell phone carriers trusted identity intermediaries http://j.mp/jGlc6h (Google Docs) This "PowerPoint" presentation by Google's Eric Sachs proposes enlisting cell phone carriers to act as trusted identity intermediaries for NSTIC (or similar systems, I assume), to link login data to "real world identities.
