[ NNSquad ] TLD .xxx is already live in the DNS root 

TLD .xxx is already live in the DNS root

It appears that .xxx is already live in the DNS root, e.g.
icm.xxx is resolving.

Judging from queries I'm getting, there seems to be some confusion as
to whether all parties in the loop, including NTIA/DoC, have already
signed-off on this, to the extent that this is required.

It's late in a very long day at the end of the week, but
do any readers have specific information on this?  Thanks.
