[ NNSquad ] Ohio University Blocks Netflix, Backpedals 

Thought this might be of interest to the NNSquad list. Gigaom is
reporting that OhioU is seeing Netflix as a huge problem, and is
noting that streaming is generating enough traffic that they're taking
drastic steps.
