Will Netflix Kill the Internet?

Keep in mind that Comcast (like the other large ISPs that serve the
vast majority of U.S. households and businesses) plays this both ways.
They have an additional incentive to discourage operations like
Netflix -- Comcast would very much prefer that subscribers pay for
Comcast Pay Per View (PPV) programming, not go to outside competitors
like Netflix.
