Dell's wacky "Windows or Ubuntu?" selection advice

In a nutshell, Dell's advice is completely bizarre, in so many ways
that I won't even list them here.  I certainly wouldn't suggest that
Ubuntu is appropriate for every Windows user, but given the
availability of OpenOffice, Google Chrome and Firefox browsers for
both platforms, plus Thunderbird and so on, Dell's simplistic analysis
is worse than misguided, it's simply wrong.
