More iPhone lawsuits piling up

This strikes me as insane.  If it's quickly obvious to an individual
that the iPhone 4 performance doesn't fit that person's needs,
simply *return it* for a refund.

I have extreme difficulty in finding any logical rationale for
filing of lawsuits on this issue at this time -- other than
to enrich the associated lawyers.

I suppose we'll now be treated to late-night shyster come-on
ads for iPhone 4 litigation:

  "Have you or a loved one been seriously upset by the antenna
   performance of your new iPhone 4?  If so, you may have legal rights
   to compensation.  Call us now at 1-800-SHYSTER, and we'll help you
   put your life back together after your horrifying experience."
