Steve and the Apple marketing department should take Steve's own advice.  If
you can't hold it that way, then don't demo or advertise it that way.

An external antenna in a position to be easily touched/held when in
regular use strikes me as an extremely unusual design decision.  Of
course there is a positive side -- the RF radiation may serve to help
keep your hand skin supple and smooth.  Or maybe not.
