He's baaaaack! Of course he never really left ... or rather, uh, right.
FOX News darling Glenn Beck launched another tirade on his show today
expressing his concerns about Net Neutrality -- positioning Net Neutrality
as a plot specifically designed to silence ... Glenn Beck!
Egads. The secret's out. Who leaked the "Muzzle Glenn Beck" plans?
Run for the hills!
Beck's level of stupidi ... misunderstanding of the issues is truly
breathtaking. You can see the relevant clips for yourself:

But wait ... Glenn also directed his loyal viewers to a new site
registered just a few days ago: "nointernettakeover.com" ...
Attempts to visit the http://nointernettakeover.com site currently
yield a "sorry, high traffic" page with a comment form that is already
partially filled in:
"The arguments made by advocates of so-called net neutrality
regulations have been proven false by ne" [that's where it ends]
To their credit, the nointernettakeover.com folks aren't using a
hidden domain registration, so it's easy to learn that they're
registered to right-wing lobbying group "Americans for Prosperity" --
which lists among its "featured partners" our old "friends" the
"Internet Freedom Coalition" (with a fascinating membership of mostly
right wing and various coopted groups), and The Heartland Institute
(who I wrote about back in "Big Tobacco and the Fight Against Net
Neutrality: Smoke in the "Heartland" - http://bit.ly/30BIBD ).
None of this should come a surprise -- the Big Lie + Paranoia
Technique is time-tested throughout human history.
And Glenn Beck appears to be a master at manipulating both.
No wonder his FOX News ratings are so high!
