Perhaps we should also allow the celebrity entertainment elite to
determine who can receive electricity, water, and natural gas as well.

Well at least for the last of those Simon might have some
qualifications as a blow-hard.

Three-strikes Internet cutoffs are inane, unfair, and just won't 
work -- and anyone who seriously pushes them should be (figurately
speaking) "boiled with his own pudding, and buried with a stake of
holly through his heart."
