NBC Counsel takes issue with Public Knowledge characterization 
of his remarks

I am not terribly impressed.  It's clear that NBC is still calling for
ISPs to be arms of law enforcement when it comes to file sharing, and
Cotten's carefully worded statement regarding filtering and viruses
seems disingenuous at best, when put in the context of other
associated remarks.  Just my opinion, of course.
