[ NNSquad ] article on the press about the FAPAV case


AFAIK bit.ly/51xWoF there was just one article on the press (attached,
no public web site for te entire Sole 24 ore) which highlighted that
Fapav was not only collecting IP addresses, which is civil offence, but
Fapav also said to the court that users were visiting some specific web
sites (like italiansubs.net, a web site with a forum and direct
downloads of user-generated subtitle files, no p2p envloved), which of
course would be criminal (either installing spyware or lying to the court).

BTW, I don't think that writing translations of a movie's voices has
something to do with copyright infringement..
