[ NNSquad ] More on "Italy Proposed Mandatory Uploading Licenses" 

Here's more details on the "mandatory uploading licenses" topic, direct
from Italy to my inbox:

The assertion is that the new rules would "only" apply to commercial
entities mainly based in Italy who wanted to disseminate IPTV video
streams -- they would be pulled under the same umbrella as broadcasters,
apparently.

However, as the articles noted in the previous message on this
topic made clear, it appears that some observers in Italy are taking
a considerably more expansive view of the rules' implications.
