FCC now involved in Time Warner Cable / New Year's Day FOX blackout dispute

Just one thought.  If this kind of dispute can happen in the
cable/broadcast TV space, why can't it happen in the unregulated
Internet sector, possibly even among the same entities?

While this appears to be a pure TV case at first glance, the
implications for Net Neutrality concerns are very real indeed.
