[ NNSquad ] Quick survey re ISP "Terms of Service" that forbid servers 

Over on GCTIP/CFNN Forums, I'm conducting a quick survey on consumer
feelings toward ISP blanket prohibitions against subscribers running
"servers" -- especially at residential and/or dynamic IP tiers.
