[ NNSquad ] Unconfirmed report of Thailand blocking port 53 (DNS) access 

I have an unconfirmed report of a possibly nationwide block of DNS
port 53 from sites in Thailand to sites outside Thailand.

Can anyone provide more information to either confirm or deny this,
and if confirmed determine the extent of blocking?  Thanks.
