Starting from Nov 20th 2009,, to safeguard the quality of the Internet 
service for the benefit of all customers, maximum connection speed for 
p2p applications or file sharing may  be limited between 7:00 and 22:00.

Also in the data plans with computers and mobile phones (iPhone, 
BlackBerry, etc...) some limitations and new conditions for traffic with 
VoIP applications will be introduced.
