I've been doing research on the link between DPI and censorship for some
time. Up to this point I have been able to find evidence of the use of this
kind of technology in China, Tunisia and now Iran. Is anyone on the list
aware of further countries which are using DPI as a censoring technology?

Also, this sentence in the WSJ article struck me:

"This looks like a step beyond what any other country is doing, including
China."

Talk about a race to the bottom ....

Kind regards from Tunis,
Ben Wagner
