   [ I don't know offhand if AT&T and Verizon in that area are in the
     typical, historically separated enclaves, or if that's one of the
     rare overbuild markets where they directly compete with
     each other.

     As for TW and DOCSYS 3 ... I've never heard anyone suggest that
     there's anything inappropriate about tiered pricing -- so long as
     we're talking about tiering by speed, not by data volume.
