Lauren,

The Bono Amendment is back in the Directive "Telecom Package". This Amendment is clearly against "graduate response" or three strikes.
The Industry Commission of European Parliament has voted in favor of
Bono Amendment this evening (april 21th).
May, the 5th will be the big day, where the European Parliament in
plenary session will vote all the Telecom Package.
Now the only option for Sarkozy is to block the Directive.
This is a good day for European Democracy.

Anthony Hémond
