[ NNSquad ] Change to NNSquad Message Submission Policy (Use your subscribed address!)

Greetings.  Due to the increasing volume of spam working its way
past filters and into the NNSquad input queue, I have changed the
list configuration to reject submissions from non-members.
Previously, all submissions, even from non-member addresses, showed
up in my queue.  This was handy for some NNSquad members who tend to
send e-mail from addresses other than those that they used to subscribe
to the list.

However, from now on you will need to send submissions from the same
address that you used to subcribe.  I apologize for the
inconvenience, but spam levels really have made it necessary.
