Does anybody have more data on this specific market - government DPI?
How much is sold, to whom exactly, for which purpose, since when, etc.

Is it true that only the larger ISPs use DPI for bandwidth management?
Are the prices for DPI gear not constantly going down? I would also be 
very much interested in any long-term data here.
