[ NNSquad ] A reset counter for Vuze users

This appears to be a plugin for Vuze users to count and report
resets.  I will note in passing that resets in and of themselves do
not necessarily represent ISP interference, and that proper
interpretation of such data is at least as important as the data
itself.  Data reduction/analysis research is a major part of the
NNSquad goals, along with associated secure and privacy-aware
measurement data collection and reporting functions.
