[ NNSquad ] Re: ISP's resetting RealPlayer?

Part of the problem is that it can be difficult to differentiate (without
specific testing) between:

a) generally crappy Internet service
b) lousy or failing hardware
c) crude or buggy software
d) purposeful ISP interference, throttling, blocking, or other related
   ISP traffic manipulations

Part of what we're trying to do is find systematic ways to help determine
which of these are involved in any given case.
