	SNMP may be a convenient and already established method of 
collecting this information -- if people are willing to allow that kind of 
information to be read, of course. I'm certainly collecting that kind of 
information via Cacti (a pretty graph generator), and wouldn't mind 
allowing this.

	I'd expect that there would be a service that would sample, 
aggregate, and store this kind of information, hopefully in an anonymous 
way. I'd be willing to set something like this up, but I would need some 
help from other folks. Anyone?
