If you look at the ISP's ad -- and read the WHOLE ad -- you'll see that 5 Mbps is a burst rate. You are not allowed to run a 100% duty cycle at that rate. Nor, in most cases, are you allowed to run a server. This is explicitly stated. --Brett Glass
