Very well put. What Comcast is doing goes far beyond anything even remotely considered to being QoS, which is what Comcast seemed to want us to believe. They're not even trying to throttle the traffic. They are doing a denial of service attack. I would think that this type of thing would be illegal under state and/or federal statutes.
